Design development details.

We can develop detailed structural drawings with designs that meet all local codes or can work closely with your existing architect to advise on structural content and provide our stamped approval after final revisions.

Cracks

We do cracks. Why not find out why your wall or beam is cracking before you attempt another patch. There’s an underlining reason why cracks develop and some may have serious repercussions.

            

Docks

We can assess docks both above and below the waterline and advise on the condition and any necessary repair. An annual inspection can catch small repairs before they turn into major costs. We can take your idea for a dock from conceptual design through Planning Approval, tendering and construction management.
